This is amazing and one of my personal favorites. A friend introduced to me this song last year, and it is an unforgettable song. The lyrics: "she'll wake up in a cold sweat on the floor next to a family portrait drawn when you were four" are so powerful and invoke a strong image every single time. It provides a quiet remembrance along with loud pain and sorrow for people lost in our lives, either through death, broken relationships or distance. |
