There is still a lot of good music, and let us not forget that any public person will have more challenges, depression, pressure.... because of how much good they can do, and how much they can influence others. As much as I hate politics, I see a need to pray for our leaders for this reason, and to also pray for those who create music, films... but instead we are critical and I am putting myself first in it! |

May I say that I do not see Lucifer controlling all religions. Some religions are good. I have met different people from different religions and have met in their churches and have felt the positive energy. I am too religious and definitely feel the love of Christ and his light. I don't mean to preach on here, but the more I grow in my religion, the more I love people and want to uplift them, this is what it inspires and influences me to do. |

I am not sure I understand, I would love someone to explain it to me, it sounds interesting! I think that Lucifer or Satan can deceive but I am not sure what kind of love you are talking about? I think that when a love comes from God it isn't difficult to discern. The pure love of God is uplifting, it reaches to your soul or heart, but I have never known Lucifer to be Love, however I may not have had the same experiences as some, I would really love someone to explain that to me, it is interesting! |

I was a huge fan of the Gipsy Kings and only found out they are from France Arles and Montpellier! I can hear some Catalan influence in some of their songs, though very Spanish Gipsy too! |

This song is appropriate for 2 people I know.
Except the girl loved him but never felt it was right and still don't because she felt her identity squashed down. He didn't mean to hurt her, but from the start she knew he didn't believe her, and that he thought she was blinded or controlled.... and his thoughts were affecting her because what he didn't realise is that it is a part of her/ her identity. The more she was trying to please him, the more she felt a part of her dying and felt as though she was losing her mind.
She too perhaps misunderstood who he was or felt happy to be.
They both felt it was best to let go with no bad feelings and not looking back. They both knew it was time to say goodbye. |

This song is lovely!
I see this song as 2 people from different fields/backgrounds, which is cleverly put in this song. The girl probably really appreciates him and saw things in him she really likes, in a pure way and would not do anything that would be wrong, or simply respects him, or maybe one of them was married? Perhaps she did not want to mix the "out of this world" feeling with the carnal one? She must be some kind of girl with strong principles or something :)
The boy I think, coming from a different field, is surrounded by so many temptations... has difficulties -through no fault of his own- to see that there can be things that are better and higher and more uplifting and lasting than romance. Perhaps she knows there are things that are higher that he does not know of, or never has experienced before, and so did not understand it. Perhaps because of what he is surrounded with, he failed to feel or see why he felt that way? The girl sensing it, did not want to abuse the situation and still loves him with a pure love which may be frustrating on the boy's part, because he does not understand that kind of love?
The girl must too be sad to realise what he has gone through. It is such a clever song!
I think Robert should be recognized as a poet as well as a musician, songwriter, singer and performer. I love the way he writes, he is different from a lot of English/American artists!
