What i get from this song is him not just wanting sex. I think that he likes her, but she keeps playing games with him, and he's sick of it because he doesn't know if she likes him. "The phone tag you know i hate," isn't necessarily him not wanting to talk to her, but he doesn't like doing it through texting/phone calls; he wants to be with her, rather than talking through the phone. "The head games you love to play...I don't want to play," means pretty much what its saying. She loves to play head games, which he's getting sick of. "Oh if you shake it girl, I'll fake it," I don't think he means faking that he likes her; i think he means the opposite. He'll pretend he doesn't like her when he really does. I don't know; that's just what i interpreted it as. I definitely don't think it's a song about a guy using a girl. It's more of a girl playing games, and it's bothering him so much, but he still continues to like her. |
