| The song can be applied to loads of situations. For all you know, it could be about Joe, Taylor, John, anybody really. Personally, I think it tells the story of how a girl thought she was getting somewhere with a boy, but then it never happened, 'a simple complication, miscommunication' suggests that something tiny went wrong along the line that led to a fall out. Its not a particularly recognised situation, but I bet its really common! She just wants to sort it out, and its so horrible when you're being avoided, and when you're not speaking to somebody. I love how much I can relate to it, its a brilliant song. | |
