Lecrae – Breathin' To Death Lyrics 15 years ago
You're so right! Without Jesus, we'd all be screwed. In life now and the afterlife. I'm so grateful he came to die for us; he didn't have to, but he did because he loves us so much.

Lecrae – Got Paper Lyrics 15 years ago
I'm surprised no one has commented! Anyways, this song is basically about this concept of "we get something, then we want more." and just our greedy selves wanting more. Well, Lecrae is basically saying "You got money? Well, who cares! I have Jesus!" Then going on how we need to make God enough. This song relates to God Is Enough from his Rehab album. Great song! Both of them. Keep rappin' for Jesus, Crae! :)

Skillet – Say Goodbye Lyrics 15 years ago
Unfortunately, this song makes me recall this everytime. This girl and I were happily liking each other, we went to homecoming, decided we should wait a little longer until we take things any further to dating. My mistake. This player got in the way, she fell for his charming lies. After a while, she just gave me the cold shoulder. I had no idea what was going on. Well, long story short, she decided she didn't like me as much anymore, to the point of just friends. On the last day, then we get Christmas break, he asked her to be his girlfriend, she said yes. She never told me anything; in fact, I found out by a friend. Later that day, I am feeling like crap. I am dead inside. She says she is very sorry. Honestly, this song makes me think of this because I don't want her to say goodbye, but she did anyway...a harsher way than I'd like. I still don't want to believe it...but I must go on. Merry Christmas!...I don't like you anymore. Haha, oh, man.. This song has the meaning of two (or more) people parting their ways, and neither of the people want to accept it. It's a very sad song, but it's good Skillet made this. We all need a song that gets us through hard times, or at least calm us and just have a mellowing ballad for our life. We all have felt (or even feel right now) this pain, but it's just God saying, "I'm never failing. I love you."
