mcpooch7 you are SO right on! I just looked up the lyrics to this song on here because my friend just posted it... And it's Romeo and Juliet in song, an ill-fated lover wrestling with the fact that it simply cannot be and trying to find the balance between that turmoil, the feelings that are left and the reality of it all. The friend that posted this song was my ill-fated lover...in fact, I might go so far to say he was the love of my life. It was almost comforting to know he is wrestling with the same feelings I am. I've never met someone who understood me on the level that he did, that I connected so deeply with...but being with him would blatantly take me out of the will of God for my life as we have some irreconcilable differences in faith...and it kills me...this song is my heart's cry right now. Thanks for your interp, it literally brought me to tears. |
