wrong. The Star spangled banner was actually a poem about what a prisoner saw from a british ship during the Revolutionary War. However, this song is obviously about pot. "Little Jackie Paper loved that rascal Puff And brought him strings and sealing wax and other fancy stuff" strings and sealing wax... that has no relation to a gunship, and considering that the rest of the song is related to pot, this is obviously a pretty fancy joint that that rascal Jackie PAPER was PUFFING.
