First off this is a kick ass song, has a great drive to it lots of feeling, vocals are killer. As far as the meaning its an easy one.. someone that is mad at themselves an cant change, turn to drugs hence the name new disease, when one drug becomes not strong enough move to something harder stronger the disease being the drug of choice. pretty much about someone that cant cope with life an cant deal with it so they live being fucked up all the time then when they wanna change its to late because there so far addicted |
