I always thought "the cartoon king with a tattoo of a bleeding heart" referred to George W. Bush. After 9/11 and the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars billions of dollars were allocated and thousands of troops sent abroad to fight in a war(s) meant to 'spread freedom and democracy,' the bleeding heart. |
