I think the thing is pretty simple. She's somewhat like the black widow. Makes the guy fall in love with her, then she kidnaps him, and kills him. The main focus of the lyrics, is the point of view of a third person, talking about the situation. And this person isn't saying that one side or the other is right, it's just saying the facts that goes through the mind of the Black Widow, and through the mind of the poor guy. I think that 15 is the number of guys she killed, like a serial killer. "Got a feeling there are better people" is like you reading the news and then you came up with something, like a tragical murdering case, and you think "at least there are good people in the world..." Pretty much, i think this is it. |
