For some reason this song reminds me of a FanFiction I wrote where one of the characters (Agent Washington) went insane and shot the only girl he ever loved. (She lives, barely) "I see the blood All over your hands Does it make you feel more like a man Was it all Just a part of your plan The pistol shaking in my hands And all I can hear is the sound" Something of that sort. And then a few years later he meets her and he doesn't know how he feels because he still loves her, but everytime he sees her he's reminded of what he's done. |

I can see the religious meaning but I also think it could be about a guy and the girl he's in love with. Maybe he's in love with her but he's just so afraid that he'll hurt her so he tries to stay away. The girl is confussed becuase she was really good friends with him and now he's pushing her away. But still He keeps getting closer and closer and relaizes he loves her to much to let go. ..... Or maybe I'm just insane and I'm the only one who thinks of it that way... |
