"all of the sirens are driving me over the stern" greek mythology, if the sailors heard the sirens' song, they would be drawn to it. the stern is the back of the boat i think. my guess would be that this has something to do with resisting temptation. and "adding is free" is definitely "at innisfree". some memory he wants to go back to. |
