I always thought she was saying 'like a fucking dream on ritalin' - i can hear the correct lyrics now i know them but I still prefer mine... And pick me up and take me like a vitamin is such a sweet lyric. |

I'm still not convinced that it's "We can only blame the sun" even though every lyric site is saying that, or something about the sun.. It just doesn't sound like he's saying sun to me. And also, changing what @4chordsoftheapocolypse wrote for the last bit, I thought it might be "We can roll around in the dark" ...Maybe?
But whatever the lyrics, this song is bloody brilliant! It's really Strokes-y, yet totally not at the same time. All in all this it's a pretty tidy album, I'm definitely not disappointed :) |
