I dont think its about a girl that he is with or that he is spending the night with. I think he is talking about cocaine; How it comes on to him i.e. "It's in the way she often calls me out. It's in the cut of your pretty gown, Your come-on legs and your pantyhose. You look so precious with your bloody nose" Also how he feels while on coke, and not caring what happens when he is on coke even if it means death, i.e. "I don't care where you're going, I'm coming along with you" & "Chasing your death without a care." |

| I think the Meaning to this song is about himself, It's like a 3rd person view to himself. He was in New York recording/writing this album. I believe he is saying that he misses Tennessee, and that its the only place he wants to be. I hope he isn't referring to him quitting his musical career to go back to what he loves besides music... :( | |
