This song is about there are so many things that we get caught up in and usually it is something natural and easy that brings us back to normal, such as the breeze. When you realize how taken up you are in something serious, ridiculous and how stressed you are, it is so easy to let go and have something simple take it all away. |

I think its about how he experienced something negative and was punished, and was trying to figure out why, but he couldnt. They "why" was always stuck in his head so it was unbearable. In the last stanza, he is reflecting to that bad time, he still doesnt know why and is forgetting about it. |
