I think this song is about being Straight Edge or at least someone claiming to be then their true colors show. "The name that once honored. You disgraced and made a mockery I could always see. The smoke from miles away" This line to me is how Davey hold his SxE to a high value and someone comes along and pretends to be sincere. |
