Stop generalising! I'm a girl and I think the majority of Radiohead songs are not about relationships, however, I think this one is!
Sure Black Star could be a reference to a drug, but that does not mean the rest of the song isn't about his depressed girlfriend... (who may or may not be using LSD and blaming her problems on that.. |

I think this is a pretty straight forward song...
The girl has a mental illness probably depression. He loves her a lot. But is exhausted. And lost.
I agree I will listen to the whole song over and over and over again for this;

Who hasn't felt this. Takes me back to a few train trips I had a few years back. The train is always the place it falls apart. When you're elsewhere you are busy but there's just something about the train.. |
