Aesthetic Perfection – The Ones Lyrics 15 years ago
Well from the lyrics I would say it's about more than just nightmares. Try adding in paranoia, delusions, complusive needs, from what I see it's pretty much about humanity and it's obession with fear. -The need to feel it, get rid of it, and give it.- (This was a very vauge break down.)

The Murderdolls – Die My Bride Lyrics 15 years ago
You do realize the complusive need to put others down in some way is a sign of insecurity and even psychologic disorders right?

Rasputina – Hunter's Kiss Lyrics 15 years ago
When I here this song I tend to think psychologicly, I guess you would say. Mostly because a "Deer" in the terms of love would be someone emotionally vanuerable. A "deer" might be a, in this case, girl who has never been in a relationship or never experienced the feelings of love between lovers, or even love in general. If that was true than a "hunter" would be a man who was attracted by the deers innocence or appearance, basicly the deer would be a trophy wife of sorts. Now the reason I say this is as follows; the lyrics depick a feeling of love where it shouldn't naturally exist "I have never known a love like this. Felt the flaming arrows of the Hunter's Kiss", remember that was stated after an allusion to rape "Where it will only hurt me, not a mortal wound. Leave my lying dirty, someone would find me soon."
Raping then leaving is a tatic used by men "hunters" when going after the emotionally unstable "deer". Why? Well generally women who have never felt love before see that as a form of love and, usually, fall apart until the "hunter" returns as seen in "He has taken his time. He has taken my life." After he returns she would ,usually, then be his broken little toy or wife. "As I lay there twitching, then my legs he tied. Nothing was missing on the day I died." Many people refer to marrying as beinging tied down, some even refer to it as the death of ones former "Solo" self. ^-^ That's just what I think though.
