I don't think Jay's entire verse is directed towards Hammer. I think he is referring to LeBron James going from the favorite to the most hated NBA player by making the decision to leave 30 mill to play for the heat. He also talks about; "But would you rather be underpaid or overrated?" - LeBron taking less pay to possible win championships rather than being an ovverrated player with no rings. "Die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become a villain" - The Big-3 are now the biggest villains in sports Let me know what y'all think! |
