I love this song !! I can really relate to it because I always fall for boys with brown eyes and still into they're ex's !! ha ha ha !!
Personally I think the song is about a girl who loves this boy and she was very close to him until she started loving him more than a friend and then she got the courage to ask him out and then he said I am still inlove with my ex and in the song it says 'In your brown eyes I walked away In your brown eyes
I couldn't stay' so it's plainly obvious they had some sort of history together. Also it says 'Grab your old girl with her new tricks' so hes obviously with his ex.
That is my opinion of the song and please correct me if i'm wrong :) x

An amazing song has to be said and I agree with ninamaria8a and everyone else who has said something similar to that, she has obviously been hurt but not wanting to walk away stays with him perhaps because he might beat her up as it says in the song 'I've seen you in a fight you lost, I've seen you in a fi-i-i-ght' so it shows that he has a very short temper. Such a touchy song with a lot of emotion in the lyrics. I love this song !! :D xx |
