this song is so blunt and powerful. it realy doesnt need a explaination. it is something you either understand or you dont. i was compeletly hyterical when i saw him sing this live on jools. couldnt beleive my ears. its been awhile since a real artist entered the scene heaps excited to see what he comes up with in the future eep haha |

is it just me or do people read into things to much haha being in peices is refering to the frustration of not being able to express yourself properally - ENTIRELY to other people - in a way so that they get you. haha not the most poetic explanation, but ya get me. "There is a way down That I wish I had not found You just split yourself in two One for them and one for you" : it is just to hard to show people who you are completely and totally it is just to frustrating trying to make other people understand who you TRULY are. cause they never realy get it. sooo. split your self in two, one for them and one for you. dont think i need to explain that one. |
