so i really think this song is about adam yound and austin tofte and how they had to break up this band since adam is so busy with owl city. for instance, "cause they talk big talk with numbers and charts" like how songs are rated by the people, saying whos better. and "but these days just aint the same as before drew a line; this is yours, and this is mine" like how theyre splitting the songs between them for who wrote them and whatnot. and how the band just isnt the same without adam around, now that its only austin tofte. but maybe its just me(: |
