i'm listening to this song on vinyl at the moment - it's my favourite Bowie song. It's an autobiographical song...He's just referring to his own life and his battle with drugs. It's a mixture of stuff though...My dad went on tour with him when he was young and i've heard all the stories! It's awesome :) |

This is one of my favourite songs of all time....He explained it to us at one of his concerts. It's exactly what I thought it was about, it's pretty obvious. It's basically what your spirit guide/guardian angel would say to you if we could hear them. I love John Butler :) |
