| This song brings back memories of going to yellowstone and yosemite when I was little...it is one of the best songs I've ever heard and it holds so many memories for me. I know that I will do what my parents did and listen to John Denver while we go camping and show them the beauty of his music and mother nature. I might only be a senior in high school but this song has inspired me since I couldn't talk. | |

Anyone who doesn't think this song is about drugs needs to seriously look at the lyrics 1. Sunshine is a nickname for acid 2. When someone is "frying" they are tripping on acid 3. "My mind was thugged all laced and bugged" is an obvious description of how it feels to drop acid 4. "The fuzzy stare from not being thereon a confusing morning week/impaired my tribal-lunar speak" is another description of how it feels to drop acid As for the speaking parts I'm not exactly sure...thats the only part I'm confused about but this song is DEFINITELY about LSD! |
