| Sarah McLachlan – Angel Lyrics | 14 years ago |
| The song gives me chills and makes me cry. It always makes me think of the ASPCA ads and the sad faces of the animals, even though it's about drugs. | |
| Terri Clark – I Just Wanna Be Mad Lyrics | 14 years ago |
| This meaning of this song is clear; it's a story. A husband and wife had a fight, get so mad at each other that they think about it while in bed trying not to touch each other. The wife feels, during times like that, they've been married longer than they actually have. She gets up early and thinks about the fight the day before, deciding she loves her husband too much to ever leave him but at that moment she just needs to get the anger out of her system. She tells him not to be romantic and that she won't have make up sex with him. She's still mad when she leaves for work that morning but knows she'll forgive him eventually because she loves him. | |

| Alan Jackson – Here In The Real World Lyrics | 15 years ago |

How true. It kind of hints at why most people like movies/books/etc. with happy endings- they act as an escape from the often harsh, real world. |

| Jason Derulo – Ridin' Solo Lyrics | 15 years ago |

I agree with renee1029. It's about masturbation AND enjoying being single after a break-up. "Finally doing me" and "loving myself makes me wanna sing" refer to masturbation. "No one to answer to, No one that's gonna argue" and, part of the chorus, "Ya told me to get my shit together, now I got my shit together, yeah Now I made it through the weather, better days are gon' get better I'm so sorry that it didn't work out, I'm moving on I'm so sorry but it's over now, the pain is goooone" are about moving on and enjoying being single again. |

| Brad Paisley – I'm Still A Guy Lyrics | 15 years ago |

You've got to have a sense of humor to like this song. It's hilarious. He's just saying women shouldn't try to change men. He just did it using stereotypes. Bad Paisley must have quite "a pair" to sing this song since it offends so many people, judging from the comments. |

| Shinedown – Sound of Madness Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| I love this song(and Shinedown, in general) but it does put me off a little that they seem to be implying that "social diseases"(aka mental disorders - depression,bi-polar,etc.) are not real, and only used as excuses. But they might be just criticizing emos who think it's cool to cut and be depressed. | |
