i think this song is about 2 people, one of them has a secret and the other knows it and is keeping it in because its part of a deal (the program) but the person who knows the secret is fed up with keeping the secret for that person and is now using the secret to take them down (i cant let up i wont shut up these words against you) and that the person keeping the secret will take over.
