I believe it's "Sam, as in Samantha" not "Santa sentimental".
Jens said in an interview that a friend of his criticized the seemingly random and unrelated string of events related in the verses of the song, but that it was intentional. He wanted to show that the world just goes on being ordinary and doesn't stop just beacuse you are in pain. |
