"...In a way that seems like it was written by a fifteen year old boy on his way to school on a school bus...." In a way, I think that was the whole point. The song makes me laugh when I hear it because it sounds so silly coming from an adult. It may be based on true life experiences (and who hasn't experienced that at one time or another) but it seems obvious to me that it was meant to be tongue-in-cheek. |
