i think it may be about wanting someone so badly (perhaps a friend), and when nothing ever seems to come of it, u finally take the chance...or a bad relationship. will have to listen again....and again...and again.... |

seems to me, this song is about working in a seedy strip club: violet lights; one above and one below; i want it again but violent, more violence...sounds like vip room, where lap-dancing can turn to prostitution. the line: "u should learn when to go, u should learn when to say no" seems a chastisement from a lover in regards to some indecent behavour i.e,"your a whore/tart"... "and i'm the one with no soul"-a return chastisement to the punter. but maybe it is just me. :) |
