I'm going to sum this song up. The guy killed himself by driving a car into the water (Previous Car Underwater song from album) and now that he's up in heaven, he misses her and heaven is not all perfect in its perfectness without his true loved one...Hence the chorus. Rain is a symbol of depression obviously. He's depressed/miserable he can't be with her. |
