firstly, i have always been in love with this song. it is sooo good. my dad and i always have an argument over whether it is about his mother or girlfriend. truth is, it could work both ways. but hey, its an amazing song, it kept us all guessing ;D |

i think this song is about a boy who was all whipped on a girl who was troubled and had bigger things to worry about. but all the boy was concerned with was her, and how much she liked him. Ultimately, she lost her belief in love, she couldn't handle life. Then committed suicide "Im at home in the clouds, towering over your head" and he was just left behind. |
