I think what most people miss in Bad Religions music is Greg's unslanted views towards politics although being anti-establishment is usually a left wing ideal; he's clearly saying in this song that most idealist action (by the left or right wing) is usually pointless. we foster our ideals with a "half a revolution" and then fail to accomplish a goal due to the bureaucracy of organizations and the government. In a nut shell action has become a waste of time. Explore BR's lyrics they arent trying to tell you what to believe they are telling you to gather the facts and come to your own realizations of what is going on in this fucked up place we live in. |
