My heart gets sore when I hear this....I'm not joking around. Even if I'm partying and laughing with friends, when I hear this song, I feel so upset inside. That's how powerful this song is. I know exactly how it feels to feel like crying, it's horrible, I'll give you that. But to me, hearing a happy AND sad song mixed together like this one...it's even more upsetting. Not even a depressing song like "Forget It" by Breaking Benjamin can beat this song. "Fix You" is on the top of 'Forgiving and Touching' list. I'm hopelessly hurting my heart when I hear this song, but for some odd reason, very odd reason,...I then get happy in a sad way...a way of happiness that I can't describe. Happy in a forgiving way, I suppose. I feel as if I go off into my own world, and get upset and sulky. But this only happen with this song. Why? I'm really confused...I'm confusing myself. Why am I rapidly getting so sensitive to sad songs,...why are WE getting sensitive, yet feel the urge to hear more? The answer will never be spoken. I know I'm typing in an old fashioned way, but that's not a problem, is it? If it's not, I thank you for not laughing at this. Really I am. This comment is long, I think, but one more thing: near the end of the song, I have a feeling inside that says, "I know what this song is about", and I furthermore not talk to you about it, my prediction on the ending. But we all have our opinions. If anyone wants to know my theory of the meaning of this song, please say so. Lastly, do any of you find this song happy? Or sad? |

Gives me chills everytime. And I mean, every time. I know exactly what this song means, that's how good it is. Nothing/no one is perfect, remember that. But this song is too good that I can't explain. No words can describe what it means, and not even "good" describes it. Do any of you know what Balto is? It's a kid movie about a half wolf, half husky. Based on a true story. Well, Balto fits well with this song. Seriously, I actually made a music video, in my head, my MIND, about Balto with this song. I made about 20 others, but not all Balto, but that's not the point here. Okay, so, I'm trying to successfully type in English. Don't get me wrong on this. |

If this should be about the meaning of the song, then I don't think it's about God or religious things. It's about love. Anyway, this song really gives you the shivers down your spine. Once you listen to it, you can't stop listening. I mean, that probably goes for anyone. I hope. But the lyrics aren't cheesy at all. If this was the very first song in the world, it would be wonderful. Just pointing it out.
However, the song could be about God or someone religious comforting a loved one and saying "I can help you, and I will." That could be, but still is entitled, person loving person. Continous thoughts roam this Internet, but the truth is out there...yeah, it's right there. :) |

My favorite part-

This is what I call a sad song. Also, I want to point something out here:
In the beginning of the song, it's all soothing and relaxing. Near the end, it pops out, fills your mind with a whole different genre.
This song is, in my opinion, the best one ever written. |
