i'm going to say this song is about the guys who go shoot up a place and kill a bunch of people then themselves. maynard is saying the guy’s argument for killing all these people is bull shit. The suicidal maniac is just a narcissistic, cry baby, drama queen, who is so overwhelmed with his own self importance that he feels his plight is somehow worthy of national attention. maynard is trying to tell these guys that their reality is skewed and they should think about what they are doing. what's it going to take from them to realize everybody is going to die anyway and giving in to their sick fantasy is just proving everybody was right about them. i would say the video is just a spoof on that situation. and in some sick way we want to see it happen...
