I haven't heard a single Alter Bridge song that I didn't like, but if they ever top this one, I'll be shocked. n my books, it's right up there with the classics. It's one of those songs that will never lose it's meaning. |

WOW! While I'm pretty familiar with the Blackbird album, I just got my hands on this one a few days ago. So I was driving on my way to school, listening to the album all the way through. I was enjoying all the songs, and then this one came on. Halfway through this song, I'm driving down the highway in tears. I remembered the backstory my brother told me about it being about Mark Tremonti losing his mom, and that got me thinking of how it'd feel to lose mine, and it just really got to me. I can't wait for the new album! I have every bit of faith that they'll keep up the good work. |
