I am a relatively new Eva Cassidy fan...I love her voice and I love her ability to take a well known song and totally make it her own...her voice is brilliant....her video clips from Blues Alley were awesome...a couple of the songs with just her and her guitar...talk about feeling the music...Songbird, Over the Rainbow, Bridge Over Troubled Waters, Oh Had I A Golden Thread, Time After Time, etc...

I love Izzy's version a lot, I love Eva Cassidy's a lot also...this is such a beautiful song...makes me want to cry most of the time...I want it played when I pass away...

Eva Cassidy by far owns this song. It may have been written by McVie, but, and of course this is in my opinion, and I love Fleetwood Mac, Eva's version is stunning. Too bad she isn't still around as I would love to hear more of her. |
