I think this song is bashing singers like Lady Gaga, Brittany Spears, Miley Cyrus, etc., who aren't really "artists", but cash cows. I also think they're bashing gold diggers. |

I think they're making fun of all the people that listen to they're music ("smacked out pretty doll rock-a-billy tats Fake hair, Piercings and fries with that", "Little miss world miss big bang sweetie", "Miss universe miss the point completely", "Gothed out malibu muther-fucker"). That, or they're making fun of themselves.

I think this song suggests that even though we're human, we can still be as dumb and as easy to fool as the monkeys we evolved from. Also, monkeys cannibalize other monkeys that invade their pack's territory (I got that information from the documentary, "Planet Earth" if you don't believe me)and they're just applying that fact to us humans. So I think that's what the message is in this song. |
