Josh Groban – War At Home Lyrics 15 years ago
I love this song, probably one of my favorites off the album. i love the ending part, "they're a million strong"
as for what this song is about. i'm not too sure, (that's why i came to this website), but as far as i can tell, it's about soldiers, or military folk away from their families. as they do what they can for their country.

The Meg And Dia Band – Kiss You Goodnight Lyrics 15 years ago
i love this song so much. after you read the lyrics you can pretty much figure out what it's about. on their website at

http://www.meganddia.com/news/2009/04/15/story-here-here-and-here-dia

dia explains the songs from the album. and simply this one is about remembering the things that people have taught you through their lifetime (i think). about them being remembered, and us taking in all that we can from them. but there's one line that i find so powerful but i want to know the correct grammar... the last line,

"i wanted to tell you i lied. i said i'd make it through this world alright but i don't care to try."

the way Dia writes it on the website is, "i said "i'd make it through this world alright, but i don't care to try.' "

but... wouldn't it make more sense if it was,

"i said 'i'd make it through this world alright' but i don't care to try." as in, she told them that she could make through, but the lying part was that she didn't even want to try?

it's something i'm kind of confused on, if anyone could help clarify it with me, that'd be great.
