Coldplay – Cemeteries of London Lyrics 12 years ago
Could this song have some relation to the poet William Blake? Today, in my British literature class, we started our poetry unit. Blake, a poet from the romantic era (1789-1832), supposedly saw God in his window, and saw visions of angelic and ghostly figures. This song came into my head the moment my teacher mentioned this, specifically the line "I see God come in my garden". I don't know much about Blake, or the history of London, but the fact that the album cover portrays a painting about the French Revolution from the romantic era, the same era Blake was around, seemed like a valid connection.

Beautiful song. She sings this so well, and the lyrics are amazing. I can't help but listen to it over and over :)
