Well the lyrics are wrong in thw chorus which drives you to believe that are talking about waiting or something but its not "Wait for Nothing" the real lyrics are "We've learned Nothing". The Meaning - The song, in my opinion, is about a kidnapping and murder of a child or teen: 1. They are sampling the breathmint that the victim had in her mouth and both parts are in the song. 2. The mother is looking for her dauther in the pooring rain at midnight. 3. The idled car stalking outside the house. The film in her eyes from the glow. 4. The film over her eyes means to me that she has dies. 5. Concrete and water kind of speaks for itself in that case. 6. And at the very end, someone who is taking down pictures, probably of the girl that was killed, leaps out the window and commits suicide. It all points to the missing girl theory.
