Hooters – All You Zombies Lyrics 9 years ago
I always thought the song was a warning of an upcoming financial crisis. "All you sittin' in high places" were the people at the top who lost out in the collapse of junk bonds and a sharp stock crash that happened at the end of the 80's decade and triggered a domino effect that fell on all of us "zombies"

The Hooters – Where do the children go? Lyrics 9 years ago
For me Where Do the Children Go reminds me of back in the mid-eighties when I lost a girlfriend to crack and other drugs. i remember listening to this song after being up most of the night wondering where she was.

More info below;
Where Do the Children Go was written about 3 teenage friends in Pennsylvania who committed suicide in the mid-eighties.
Below is a quote from a "The Morning Call

"Michelle E. Qurashi's body was found on Jan. 28, 1984, near a rural road in Richland Township with a gunshot wound of the chest. The 16-year-old had been despondent over the death of her boyfriend, Marc Landis, 17, who, along with another Quakertown Community High School student, Daniel Furdock, 16, jumped to their deaths Nov. 19, 1983 into an East Rockhill Township quarry"
