Plastic surgery is very literal interpretation, and I think it comments on that as well, but more specifically, it's talking about the need to hate ourselves, making us want to change. A face, or a facade, or a visage if you will all relate to superficial perceptions of others and oneself. One might relate this to material possessions. Pollution has two meanings both literally and metaphorically. Literally it exists around us. Metaphorically, it can be used to say your being confused or tainted. I don't know if this song has an opinion. It's more of a commentary on how easy it is to wake up one day and not like what you see if you allow outside perceptions to interfere with your love of self. |

I won't slander anyone for believing/not believing in a certain religion, but this song is blatantly about religious distaste. It's not holy water is shining me ok buddy. HAHA... |

It's not specifically about a girl, but about relationships in general, between friends, lovers, etc. It's about how people can be self interested and that our lives consist of false connections that eat away at our time. It's about taking guiltlessly from each other and doing whatever is necessary even if it means befriending us, giving us naughty looks. |

It's definitely dealing with a soulmate yet to be found, or found and unseen, hence the nowhere remark. It's taking about how everything he does, whether it be laughing or crying, these emotions are nothing without her. He just does them to do them unless she is there. |

Definitely a blatant relationship between male sexuality and motorcycles, adrenaline, testosterone, and taking and conquering. |

I hate to say this song is about drugs, because it's so easy to make a connection a lot of music this way.
Give me little bits of more than I can take (the addiction)
If it sits upon your tongue or naked in your eyes (like candy, relating it to sexual attraction/need, ecstasy)
Give me little bits of more than I can try (the cycle continues) |

I think this song attempts to portrays two perspectives. It switches between the "I" and the "we". "I" being the depressed party, and the "we" being the happy go lucky youth maybe. The "we" are the sheeps (you got to smile), and "I" the depressed youths are feeling the pain. Another interesting perspective can be how the song might be a commentary on separation of social classes. Either way it's a commentary on "the fortunate" vs. the "unfortunate" on some level. |
