Favorite song ever. There's so much to say I can't even begin to describe it. The first time I heard it playing I kinda just took it as a long, pointless song that droned on and on. But then I actually listened to it, and I actually started crying. I've been told (and kinda figured out myself) that 'konstantine', as in 'constant', is someone you'll always love, no matter what. The guy who wrote this song obviously loves this girl with all of his heart, and through everything that's happened between them, the bad ("And live with what I did to you, All the hell I put you through) and the good ("It's to Jimmy Eat World and those nights in my car") they remained in love. No matter how specific some parts get in this song, I'm positive most of the people who have listened to and enjoyed it can somehow connect to it in one way or another. Something Corporate is genius, and this song is 100 percent feeling. I hope most people think the same thing I do :] |
