I think that this song is actually quite easy to figure out. It's about someone that has been bullied and put down his entire life and one day he snaps and kills a lot of people. It's just like thoes people that shoot up schools and offices, they are people that can't take it anymore and have nothing else to live for so they go insane. |

not necessarily the term "guilty as charged" is said by the judge after the jury finds you guilty. so basically the charges were something like murder and the jury found him guilty so he is guilty as charged but it doesn't mean he did it like some wrongful convictions. |
