| I really think Jules*** is the one who has nailed this song meaning. Obviously, lyrics can mean anything to anyone, but I truly think this song was written about two people once deeply in love who were forced to end a relationship due to distance or some other factor. They still love each other, but the timing, distance, or whatever the main factor is so wrong that the relationship doesn't make sense. Separately, they both feel pretty sure that the other person is "the one". They know one another well enough to acknowledge the common understanding and identical feelings. | |
