I think this song is about the music industry using their artists to make money. Possibly not, but that's just what I thought of after first looking at the lyrics. It makes sense if you think about it. "they wanna get my gold on the ceiling" Meaning they want to take the money that the artists deserve from them and put it out of their reach. Might not be about record companies specifically, but I definitely think it's about someone using someone else. |
