I think it may be about honoring an agreement. Undercover, Underwater - This could mean like that person is "in too deep" "Honor your resemblance and rapture" - This could mean that rapture is about to happen and they need to honor their agreement from before, to fight together. They are all fighting for the same thing, aka. Resemblance "Keep me from wandering...in terror" -This could mean to not let her walk around the new found hell on earth, (rapture) alone.
