the soldier idea is good, and quite likely, but there are some references to a struggle with some form of addiction "he can never get enough, get enough of the one" suggests being addicted to something then "for a fortune he'd quit" - quit what ever he is addicted to then it could also be about jared (as Max-Evans said) with the line "I dont want to read the message here" when earlier in the song the lyric was "he doesnt want to read the message here" amazing song btw |
