I really like this song. Surprised no comments yet. To me it's rather abstract, but seems like this guy is out of some sort of relationship with a determined and aggressive woman. He's rather happy, it seems, too. "I know you feign, you do Vapor fired on the horizon And the shadow of control" I think they're about her faking the aggressive, just to feel in control. She is focused on the future, and is being active.. but perhaps isn't truly like that. But again, Wes does say that he doesn't focus on lyrics as much. In the CD movie, he says he doesn't interpret lyrics well, so for him they're secondary. I really like it, and it works well. The words just sounds good with the music. Happen to be a fun read, too. |
