Thank you for the correction "smartalek". I thank you for the link and hope that I didn't offend with my opening remark. Allow me to expand on my experience in the Golden Triangle. I got very sick in the jungle and smoked opium on the floor of the opium den while the men loaded my pipe. Dream-like hallucinations [time out of mind] were indescribably euphoric. Thank you again. |

You people don't have a clue. First off, the line is "it's direct from Laos". This is simply a song about SMOKING OPIUM. I have been to the Golden Triangle (where northern Thailand meets Laos and Burma [Myanmar] and I spent time in a village where the men "chased the dregon". The song succinctly defines the smoking of pure opium |
